This summer home needed a second floor to host expanding families and friends. We updated the design and added a second floor with a living room, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, bath, and bedrooms were renovated on the second floor and a deck was added. The basement was cleaned up and a laundry and bedrooms were added.
