This popular coffee house wanted to open a new location. We gutted a bookstore, divided the space, and duplicated the café in the new location. The electrical work was demanding with the load of the equipment on the old system that was still shared with an apartment building. Once that was accomplished, we added two handicapped accessible restrooms, a ramped entrance, the kitchen, and service areas.
