This renovation of a dated platform house up on a hill with great views was so fun. We worked closely with the home owner to achieve the look she wanted on a serious budget. We took off the rotting screen porch and add a new three season room, gutted the kitchen and baths, replaced windows, and updated plumbing and electrical. A couple coats of paint inside and out and this home shines.
