This commercial building was once the garage for the historic Rockaway Inn. Built on a small residentially zoned lot the neighborhood was happy to see it go. After the building was removed, a new foundation for a single family house and detached garage was built. The house and garage were finished, landscaped, and a pergola added to an adjacent lot.
