This has been a dream project for our team; fantastic homeowners, location, and exciting details to change things up a bit. We added a three – car garage, sun room, and primary first floor bath. The salvaged historic beams were added to a few rooms in the house along with T&G ceilings. Herringbone brick floors paired with dark stained oak and stone wall accents were a great backdrop for the owner’s art. The hardscape and landscaping blended the whole home into the surrounding Eastern Point neighborhood while offering a touch of the owner’s western vibe here on The Cape.
