We had a great time taking a gorgeous 1930’s home and bringing into 2023 for a large family to enjoy together. Taking out walls and opening up the floor plan to capture the ocean was the hope of the owners. We created a large kitchen with custom island and dining table looking out over the Atlantic as well as a more intimate sunroom space adjacent to the living room. Modern bathrooms and walk in closets as well as a great laundry room and outdoor shower made this home functional and as fun as the family is.
