The owner wanted to update the look of her ranch and add a safe entry to her home via a garage. We knocked down an old detached building and created a new foundation attached to the original building. The end result was a two bay garage with steps into a mud room and entry with guest bath and laundry. The landscaping was graded for easy entry and a polished look with terraced wall work and a cobbled walk way.
