We had such a fun time with these Empty Nesters who, having searched all over Rockport for a new house, decided to make the home where they raised their children into that new place they were searching for.
We reconfigured the house to open up the kitchen, dining, and living rooms and let in the views and light from the lovely back garden. A half bath was added to the first floor and two full baths were reconfigured on the second. All new HVAC, refinished floors, and complete paint and tile jobs resulted in that elusive home they were seeking.
