This house was gut renovated and added to for a repeat customer who decided it was time to downsize.  We enjoyed working on this 1950’s kit-house and bringing it to a modern standard with space for an art studio, guest rooms and an outdoor entertaining area while keeping it all on one elegant floor. Favorite part: The gorgeous terrace and outdoor shower area.
