This was a tricky water front demolition and rebuild. The lot was small and access was limited. After we navigated the Conservation Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals requirements the original home was quickly demolished and the new foundation formed. The two family home was completed with a lovely walk out apartment and a beautiful single family home above.
