This job started late in the season and the crew worked double time to get the roof removed, raise the second floor, and add a new roof before rain or snow hit. The rest of the job involved a new staircase from basement to new second floor, reconfiguring the first floor to add a mudroom and office. The new second floor hosts two new full baths, a nursery, kids’ rooms, and master suite.
